Realistically the most popular structures in the town of Dragon Tooth, The Lanced Fang; also known as just 'The Fang' acts as both a bar and place to stay. It commonly providing a decent night under the comfort of a roof for many travelers, and many cups of booze for any who wish it. Sadly enough though, this place also serves as a place of trading for the corrupt. Stolen goods naturally being sold daily.
